Welcome to IMFDB

Before you do any editing please take the time to read the Rules, Standards and Principles. This is a very important document that explains how this website is setup as well as telling you what is and isn't allowed. If it is determined by an admin that you have not read these rules, your account will be suspended. Continued non-compliance may result in a permanent ban. After that you should also read the IMFDB Screencapping Guide and the IMFDB Style Guide to familiarize yourself with the image and formatting requirements for pages you create.

There are a number of pages that desperately need your help. You can find these Incomplete pages here.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here but make sure to sign your post by typing --~~~~.

Finally, IMFDB has a forum set up here that is only available to registered members. There is lots of good stuff to see there. If you would like to join the forum, please post HERE and an account will be created for you.

Now, HAPPY EDITING! bunni (talk) 11:30, 29 June 2014 (EDT)

Wild at Heart

Your screencaps looks good, but in the future, please hold off on creating the page until you have something to put there. Empty pages looks horrible. --Funkychinaman (talk) 01:55, 30 June 2014 (EDT)

Actor Pages

Be careful about putting actor images in order of release as sometimes the best picture (the one that shows his face most clearly) is not necessarily going to be the earliest release. The least obscured face should be the one on top. --Ben41 (talk) 17:45, 21 July 2014 (EDT)

The Master

In the future, please try to identify at least one of the weapons correctly before making a movie page. You can create a discussion page to add the rest of the unidentified weapons. --Ben41 (talk) 03:13, 4 August 2014 (EDT)

A Million Ways...

I have the Blu-Ray disk coming tomorrow if you want to work on this together. --Funkychinaman (talk) 20:50, 5 November 2014 (EST)

Sure, thanks! I'm trying to get some good screencaps now, but I may miss some. They pretty much only use Single Action Armys so far. --ZaneTheDudeMan (talk) 20:55, 5 November 2014 (EST)

Patricia Clarkson

We'd prefer it if you could find a picture of Patricia Clarkson where she's not pointing a gun at her own head. And I don't think that's a Smith & Wesson. Maybe a Rossi? --Funkychinaman (talk) 17:54, 5 December 2014 (EST)

Haha, alright I see your point. I can't seem to find a matching Rossi, at least that's cataloged on IMFDB, unless it's some variant of a Rossi Model 971. --ZaneTheDudeMan (talk) 18:06, 5 December 2014 (EST)
Sorry, I was confused. Older Taurus Model 85? --Funkychinaman (talk) 18:12, 5 December 2014 (EST)
That seems right. Too bad we don't have a picture of a stainless steel classic model though. --ZaneTheDudeMan (talk) 18:47, 5 December 2014 (EST)

Grand Budapest Hotel

Please crop the black bars from your screencaps and reupload. Thanks. --Funkychinaman (talk) 23:51, 15 January 2015 (EST)

I would under any other circumstance, but in this case the letterbox changes throughout the film and is intentional by the director. Should it still be changed? --ZaneTheDudeMan (talk) 23:53, 15 January 2015 (EST)
Ah, nevermind. It looks better cropped anyway. Thanks for the suggestion. --ZaneTheDudeMan (talk) 00:05, 16 January 2015 (EST)
If that's how they actually appear in the film I'd argue it's a special case and perhaps they could be left alone, but either way works I suppose. Should make a note of the discrepancy on the page in any event. StanTheMan (talk) 00:21, 16 January 2015 (EST)
