Max Manus: Man of War Max Manus Aksel Hennie , Agnes Kittelsen, and Nicolai Cleve Broch . It is about the exploits of celebrated Norwegian resistance fighter Max Manus, based on his own memoirs. At the time of filming, it was the most expensive entirely Norwegian film of all time.
