It's also used by X Company agents Aurora Luft (Évelyne Brochu ) near the end of the same episode when Agent Alfred Graves gets captured by SS forces.

M67 Grenade A M67 frag grenade is used by X Company agent Aurora Luft in "Pilot" when she hands it to a resistance asset. It's later seen in the middle of "Quislings" as part of a trap made by Agent James. This is anachronistic since it didn't appear during the 1940s. The grenade is most likely meant to be in the place of the Mills Bomb.
