Welcome to IMFDB

Before you do any editing please take the time to read the Rules, Standards and Principles. This is a very important document that explains how this website is setup as well as telling you what is and isn't allowed. If it is determined by an admin that you have not read these rules, your account will be suspended. Continued non-compliance may result in a permanent ban. After that you should also read the IMFDB Screencapping Guide and the IMFDB Style Guide to familiarize yourself with the image and formatting requirements for pages you create.

There are a number of pages that desperately need your help. You can find these Incomplete pages here.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here but make sure to sign your post by typing --~~~~.

Finally, IMFDB has a forum set up here that is only available to registered members. There is lots of good stuff to see there. If you would like to join the forum, please post HERE and an account will be created for you.

Now, HAPPY EDITING! bunni (talk) 01:23, 24 September 2015 (EDT)

Fallout 4

The "Combat Rifle" is the same PPSh-derived fictional weapon as the combat shotgun with a BAR magazine and some of the proportions changed. Making the same gun model look a bit like a BAR doesn't mean we identify it as a BAR. Evil Tim (talk) 07:09, 25 December 2015 (EST)

Looks like a BAR to me but if you say so.

Load the two menu images in different tabs and flick between them, you'll see almost nothing on the combat rifle that isn't part of the combat shotgun. Evil Tim (talk) 09:25, 25 December 2015 (EST)

Archer/Fallout

In both cases, visual evidence trumps dialogue/history. In the case of Archer, that's clearly NOT a Ruger GP100 based on the visual evidence. As for Fallout, if there is a Vaquero with three screws, please upload an image of one. --Funkychinaman (talk) 16:42, 3 June 2019 (EDT)

I don’t understand how it looks more like a 686 than a GP100 as both are similar in appearance, as for vaquero I will find one.

Your recent edits.

Why are you messing with things again? We've already established that the New Vegas revolver has features of both the SAA and the Vaquero, and you took a bunch of info out of the Telltale Walking Dead pages too. If you think something is wrong, then bring it up on a talk page, or at least state a reason in the edit summary; don't just go removing edits for no stated reason. I'd suggest that you knock this off; if you keep making edits like this, sooner or later a mod's gonna get involved. Pyr0m4n14c (talk) 12:07, 8 October 2020 (EDT)
