I'm a Nevada state park ranger with a special interest in 19th century firearms and how they are portrayed in film. I'm particularly interested in the nearly-simultaneous rise of the Italian cap and ball revolver replica market and Sergio Leone's use of (mostly) historically accurate revolvers in his western films.
