Three Days to Live (Trois jours à vivre) is a 1958 (filmed 1957) French B&W drama movie directed by Gilles Grangier and based on the novel by Peter Vanett. Simon Belin (Daniel Gélin), a supporting actor, witnesses a murder. Lino Ferrari (Lino Ventura) is accused in this murder, and Belin makes a false identification of the man as he needs fame and publicity for his theater career. Ferrari is imprisoned but manages to escape and vows to kill Belin within three days. Fellow actress Jeanne Fortin (Jeanne Moreau) falls in love to Belin and she's willing to do anything to save him.
