The Cobra (Il Cobra, 1967, but released in the US in 1968) is a Spanish-Italian spy movie starring Dana Andrews, Pietro Martellanza (credited as Peter Martell) and Anita Ekberg. Mike Rand (Pietro Martellanza), a retired Federal Bureau of Narcotics agent, is hired again by his former boss, Capt. Kelly (Dana Andrews), to find the mysterious Cobra (Jesus Puente), the head of a gang that smuggles opium from China through the Middle East to the US.

The following weapons were used in the movie The Cobra:

Handguns

Luger P08

Killer (Guido Lollobrigida), a hitman working for Cobra uses a silenced Luger to kill Betty, another FBN agent. Several Cobra henchmen also use Lugers.

S&W Model 10

Mike Rand's (Pietro Martellanza) choice of firearm is a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver. At the start of the movie he pawns it, but buys it back with the money he borrowed from Kelly. Rand carries the gun tucked in his trousers. This saves his life, when Crane (George Eastman) shoots him, as the bullet is stopped by the handle of the revolver. A henchwoman of Cobra, pretending to be Gamal's girlfriend, tries to kill Rand with his own gun, but he takes it away from her.

Walther P38

A Cobra agent (Jacques Stany), who pretends to be FBN agent Alan Burton, has a Walther P38, but he gets shot by Rand, before he can use it. At the final showdown Cobra himself uses a Walther P38. Several of Cobra's henchmen also carry Walther P38 pistols.

Colt M1911

During the final battle Kelly and the commander of the US commandos (Claudio Ruffini) have Colt M1911s. Crane also seems to have traded his Browning for a Colt, but Rand takes it away from him, and uses it for the rest of the fight. He finally kills Cobra with it.

Submachine guns

Sten Mk II

Sten Mk IIs appear in abundance throughout the movie. Many of Cobra's henchmen use Stens. Corinne (Elisa Montes) gives one to Rand when she helps him, Kelly and Lou escape from Cobra (although it magically turns into an MP40 for a few seconds when Rand actually uses it). The US commandos, who attack Cobra's HQ at the end, are also armed with Stens. Interestingly, their commander mentions to Kelly during the briefing, that they are all armed with M14s, but no actual M14s appear in the movie.

Rifles

Unknown rifles

A guard at Cobra's HQ has a bolt action rifle, and shoots some commandos with it, before he gets killed by Rand. It is hard to determine what kind of rifle he uses, since we only get a brief shot at the rifle, but it seems, that it's a Mauser rifle, probably a Spanish M43, since the movie was shot in Spain.

The impostor pretending to be Alan Burton shows a picture of Kelly during the Korean War. However what he doesn't know is, that Rand took that picture himself, thus giving himself away. As the picture is small, it's hard to determine what kind of rifles the soldiers are holding, but it appears they are holding M1 Carbines.
