Concept Art

Concept art by Darkworks, the original developer of I Am Alive, shows a war veteran named Virgil wielding an M1 Garand and another injured survivor with a Heckler & Koch HK91. Whether Darkworks intended these rifles to be usable in the game is unknown.

Virgil aims his M1 in the background, while the survivor in the foreground holds the HK91.

Weird ammunition counts

Hi, so I havent had the chance really to play this game outside of the demo but I thought one of the things about this game was ammo scarcity. I want to know why there are ammo counts on the screen caps that are in the 100's? Is this because of a cheat or an unlockable after completing the game? • It's the PC Version using a trainer I assume. That's what I did when I played the game.--QueenSasha24 (talk) 15:46, 19 December 2012 (EST)

Fraud. In this way I could have done better screens during the shot, etc.--MTOOO (talk) 15:38, 19 December 2012 (EST)

Good game, but ...

Man, can it be difficult! The Blue Hotel level, for example. If you're lucky, you start it with 3 pistol rounds and the bow if you've found it (not sure about the shotgun, since I never found it the only time I've managed to beat the game) and you practically cannot sneak past the group of bandits in the lobby. The bow helps to pick off a couple of them, but the group of three remain standing in a triangle facing each other and, like I said, you can't sneak past them at all.
