Some minor comments

  • Demchig's Mauser has a long, 20-round magazine so it can be a Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer or a standard C96 with long magazine. I don't remember if he fired full auto or semi auto.
  • The "Grease Gun" looks more like M3A1 that M3 as crank lever isn't seen.
  • Some M38 Carbines are seen among M91/30 rifles, on rifle_1_8, rifle_2_5 (in hands of a Soviet soldier at the left), and maybe on rifle_1_5 (I'm not sure in this case).
  • A damaged gun in trench on rifle_2_4 resembles Thompson M1928A1 without magazine, handguard and buttstock. I have no idea what Thompson could do in Japanese trench.
  • MG on machine_gun_3_1 is a Type 11 light machine gun. On machine_gun_3_4 there is a Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun (or maybe but less credible Type 3 Heavy Machine Gun). I guess that the same gun is mounted in pillbox on 3_2 and 3_3.
  • Soviet Tu-4 heavy bomber stands for US B-29. It is armed with Nudelman-Rikhter NR-23 guns.

The movie was discussed here and here. Greg-Z (talk) 16:31, 10 April 2018 (EDT)

BTW, the English title is Across the Gobi and the Khingan. Greg-Z (talk) 16:35, 10 April 2018 (EDT)

More comments:
  • Flamethrower 2 - LPO-50 flamethrower
  • Flamethrower 1 looks like a mockup, resembling ROKS
  • Unknown Launcher - 82mm mortar BM-37 of late version.
  • cannons_1_1 - ZPU-4

And more:
  • This screenshot shows some anachronistic vehicles, use at background: several T-55 or T-62 tanks with DShKM machine guns, mounted on turrets, and BRDM-2 (one second from right and another in center). Screenshot machine_gun_1_2 is of same scene, right? Then this machine gun is a DShKM. Greg-Z (talk) 15:56, 11 April 2018 (EDT)
Many thanks for the help! Also, I have some question about the English title: is the preferable to translate official Soviet Russian title, or, the translation of the original Mongolian title a better? Pyramid Silent (talk) 16:52, 11 April 2018 (EDT)
Across the Gobi and the Khingan is seen more often, and used on some English web sites, like alamy.com. Greg-Z (talk) 14:16, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
Many thanks! Now, the page it's seems complite. Pyramid Silent (talk) 14:25, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
I added brief summary. Concerning unidenfitied guns, I have some guesses but they are very vague. The machine gun on 7_1 - 7_3 may be a Type 96 Light Machine Gun or Type 99 Light Machine Gun. What appears to be a Type 99 is also seen on 3_1 among Arisaka rifles; the cone flash hider isn't of DP-27 but rather of Type 99. I'm still trying to identify the machine gun on river boat. This craft is most likely a patrol boat of Soviet Amur flotilia or of Soviet Border Guards. I suspect that is is armed with some aircraf autocannon but still cannot find what it can be. Also the footage need some clarification, I'll try to find some time and add info. Greg-Z (talk) 14:38, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
A great thanks! I correct the page. Also, how do you think, is the some other machine guns on the 3_1 among Arisakas ant type 99 and type 11, or, it's also rifle? Pyramid Silent (talk) 15:07, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
Also, I guess, you also watched this movie? Pyramid Silent (talk) 15:08, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
I think you are right, there are both 99 and 11. I watched this movie, of course, but it was long ago, and I remember only partially. Greg-Z (talk) 15:31, 12 April 2018 (EDT)
Thanks! Also, I have one more question: is the rifle (in the hands of soldier at the center) a short Type 38 Carbine, or, it's just a visual illusion, and it's full leight Type 38 Rifle? Pyramid Silent (talk) 12:44, 13 April 2018 (EDT)

Soldier at the center puts his rifle. The shot is blured dur the moving

This rifle seems to me too long for the carbine. Maybe Type 99 short rifle? Greg-Z (talk) 16:16, 13 April 2018 (EDT)

I had upload three more screenshots. Maybe, it will be usefull for correct ID? Pyramid Silent (talk) 18:15, 13 April 2018 (EDT)

Sorry, I cannot say for sure. The length fits, but it's hard to say if this rifle has open-top (like Type 38) or closed-top (like Type 99) handguard. For sake of simplicity, maybe it would be better to keep this rifle in Type 38 section with a remark that it can be Type 99. Greg-Z (talk) 05:30, 14 April 2018 (EDT)
