I would guess that the muskets in this are "Sea Service" pattern Brown Besses. In the first cap it looks like their is no nose cap and it has simple ramrod tubes (both Sea Service features), and in the second cap you can see that the butt plate has a short tang and is the simple flat type used on the Sea Service. --commando552 (talk) 18:35, 19 August 2014 (EDT)
