Steins;Gate 0 is a 2018 animated series by White Fox, based on the visual novel by 5pb. It is a sequel to the 2011 anime Steins;Gate, but takes place just before the ending of that series. A few months after failing to prevent scientist Kurisu Makise's murder, university student Rintaro Okabe gives up his 'mad scientist' persona and time-travel experiments to continue living with his childhood friend Mayuri Shiina, resigned to the beta world-line. But when a foreign university unveils an AI based on the late Kurisu's memories, and sinister forces conspire to capture the secret time machine hidden in Akihabara, Okabe is forced to resume his traumatic time-travelling efforts to reach the titular world-line and prevent World War III.

The main rifle of the Stratfor operatives sent to capture the time machine in Akihabara is the M16. It has the handguard of the A2/A4 variants, but fires in full-auto like the A1. For some reason, the rifle is not drawn as accurately or as consistently as the other weapons.

GE M134 Minigun

An Apache attack helicopter sent by Stratfor is armed with door-mounted M134 miniguns and missiles. A miniature version is also seen mounted on the drone that killed Suzuha's mother in a flashback to her future timeline.
