Shellshock 2: Blood Trails is the sequel to Shellshock Nam '67, also taking place in Vietnam.

The Colt Python Revolver shows up mostly in levels with tunnels.
Smith & Wesson 39
A silenced Smith & Wesson 39 is available in the game. It's most likely a stand-in for the Mk 22 Mod 0 "Hush Puppy" that was used during the Vietnam War.
Tula Tokarev TT-33
The Tokarev TT-33 is the first weapon available in game. Used by the Viet Cong.

Colt M16A1
The Colt M16A1 is used by the U.S. Marines and Nate.
Izhmash AK-47
The Izhmash AK-47 in-game is the main weapon of VC Soldiers.
Rifles
Mosin-Nagant M38 Carbine
The Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine is the secondary rifle of the VC Forces.
Springfield Armory M14
The Springfield Armory M14 appears as the secondary rifle of US Forces. Can be found in the levels "Trip", "Quarantine" and "Whiteknight".
Shotguns
Remington 870
The Remington 870 appears as the only shotgun in game and is used by US Forces.

The M60 is the machine gun of US Forces and is found in the levels "Hunted" and "White Knight".
Type 24
The Type 24 Heavy Machine Gun is the main machine gun of the VC Forces.
