Scarred City Scar City ) is a 1998 action thriller directed by Ken Sanzel and starring Stephen Baldwin as John Trace, a gun-happy police officer who is drafted into a special unit, known as SCAR, that acts in death squad style, killing criminals rather than arresting them. Soon Trace feels himself in tensions with other members of SCAR, including his boss Lt. Laine Devon (Chazz Palminteri ). On a mission on villa of a drug boss, while SCAR personnel kill all witnesses, Trace helps a call girl Candy (Tia Carrere ) to escape. Now Trace and Candy are pursued by both cops and criminals.
