Izhora Battalion (original title Izhorskiy batalyon) is a 1972 Soviet war movie directed by Gennadiy Kazanskiy. It depicts the story of a volunteer battalion, formed from the workers of Izhora Plant in Leningrad, and its participation in the Battle for Leningrad in Autumn-Winter 1941.

Armoured Car

Several armoured cars are seen in the film. They are specially build replicas of improvised armoured cars, nicknamed Brontosaurus, that were built on Izhora Plant in Autumn 1941. They were armed with a 45-mm tank gun and two Degtyaryov DT machine guns. The replica cars fire a main gun and two machine guns but it's impossible to say what real armament they carry.
