Inspector Losev (Russian title Inspektor Losev) is a Soviet 1983 (filmed 1982) three-part detective mini series directed by Oleg Goyda and based on the novel "Zlym vetrov" ("By evil wind") by Arkadi Adamov. Ugolovny Rozysk (criminal police) detective Vitaliy Losev (Yuriy Shlykov) is a member of a group that investigates a series of thefts in high class hotels, compounded by a murder of a maid during the last case. While hunting for the thief and murderer, detectives find another trace - one of the victims of the crime turn out to be an illegal businessman.
