A robot guard in Stryker's Island carries a somewhat oversized Cobray Street Sweeper which can be used by certain characters such as Joker.

Heckler & Koch MP5K
Deathstroke's "special" move has him firing two Heckler & Koch MP5Ks.
IMI Uzi
Harley Quinn is seen with an IMI Uzi with an under-barrel flashlight, a railed carrying handle, and "Ha Ha" spray painted all over it in the trailer.
Rifles
Custom AR-15
True to the comics Deathstroke has a Custom AR-15 with a 20-round magazine, a scope, a custom stock, and an M203 grenade launcher built into the handguard.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
A Joker thug in the Lex Luthor Character Trailer and Gotham SWAT officers in the Harley Quinn Character Trailer are seen with oversized Colt M4A1 Carbines.
Fictional Rifles
Regime soldiers have fictional rifles that seem to have 7.62 and 9x19mm magazines, fitted with under-barrel grenade launchers.
Machine Guns
Browning M2
A mounted Browning M2 is seen in Wonder Woman's spot in the "Versus" trailer.
Fictional Mounted Machine Gun
Rather than simply being part of the scenery for the "Fortress of Solitude" stage an APC occasionally fires its mounted Machine Gun at the fighters in range.
GAU-17/A
One of Green Lantern's attacks has the ring forming a GAU-17/A.
KPV Heavy Machine Gun
An evil clone of Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) uses the ring to form a KPV Heavy Machine Gun in the Green Lantern Character Trailer.
M230 Chain Gun
A helicopter in the Lex Luthor Character Trailer mounts an M230 Chain Gun.
Explosives
M20 "Super Bazooka"
The Joker's finisher has him firing an M20 "Super Bazooka" point blank into his opponent.
M203 Grenade Launcher
As mentioned above Deathstroke has an M203 on his AR-15 that acts as both a grenade launcher and as part of the handguard.
"Pie Bomb"
One of Harley Quinn's attacks has her planting a "Pie Bomb" between her opponent's legs as seen in the Comic-Con Trailer.
RPG-7
The museum in the Fortress of Solitude has a usable RPG-7.
