Angel uses a Beretta 92FS at the several points.
Beretta 84
A Beretta 84 can be seen used by Angel at the "Taboo..." (Ep. 3).
TT-33
A Yakuza thug holds TT-33 during the opening.
Desert Eagle Mark I
Masaki Ichihara can be seen armed with the Desert Eagle Mark I throughout the TV-series.
M1911-style pistol
What appeared to be some M1911-style pistol can be seen drawing on the page of "Gun Mania" magazine at the "Encounter" (Ep. 2).

A Smith & Wesson Model 19 is Deputy Inspector's duty sidearm.
Nambu Model 60
Investigator Kaminada briefly holds a Nambu Model 60 at the "Taboo..." (Ep. 3).

A Smith & Wesson Model 28 is depicted on the "Gun Mania" magazine at the "Encounter" (Ep. 2).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Nearly all police troops are armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns.
Sa vz. 61 Skorpion
A Yakuza thug holds Sa vz. 61 Skorpion during the opening. Yukari Morikawa holds Sa vz. 61 Skorpion on the cover and some promo images but not at the complete TV-series.
