Pistols
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS outfitted with a suppressor, RIS module and a red dot sight was seen in an image montage in the NYPD precient in "Bella". Based on these attachments, in particular the inexplicably ported suppressor, it is likely that this pistol is an Umarex Beretta XX-Treme airgun (or at least uses the accessories from it).
Glock 19
The Glock 19 serves as the main sidearm of the New York Police Department in the season. Dana Powell (Alicia Witt) uses a silenced Glock 19 to kill relatives of victims killed in an airplane crash throughout "When Your Number's Up".

Smith & Wesson 442
The Smith & Wesson Model 442 returns as the sidearm of Captain Tobias Gregson (Aidan Quinn) in the season.
Smith & Wesson Model 681
A Smith & Wesson Model 681 is used in the revolver wheel, changing from the Taurus Model 689 in the opening sequence. It makes a return since the opening sequence is used again in the third season.
Taurus Model 689
Taurus Model 689 revolvers are used in the opening sequence of Elementary in a revolver wheel. Like the Model 681, it makes a return since the opening sequence is used again in the third season.

Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine
A Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine is seen in an image montage in the NYPD precient in "Bella".
Colt M4A1
Colt M4A1 are frequently seen being used by various military and law enforcement agencies. Several Colt M4A1s are seen in an image montage in "Bella". Some of the Emergency Services Unit operators use them near the end of "End of Watch" and in "The Illustrious Client". A few Rocklin County SWAT officers are armed with M4A1 carbines in the middle of "The Female of the Species".
Colt Model 933
The Emergency Services Unit uses the Colt Model 933 as their main assault rifle, first seen in "The Five Orange Pipz". A Rocklin County SWAT officer is seen with it in the middle of "The Female of the Species".
Colt M16A2
A few Colt M16A2s are seen in an image montage in the NYPD precient in "Bella".
Mark 18 Mod 0
A Mark 18 Mod 0 is seen in an image montage in the NYPD precient in "Bella".
MPi KMS-72
