Cyber Tracker John Aprea ) is one of the chief supporters of this system and in fact a tool in hands of Rounds (Joseph Ruskin), the ruthless head of Cybercore corporation that created Trackers. Dilly's bodyguard, Secret Service agent Eric Phillips (Don "The Dragon" Wilson ) learns too much about Dilly's and Rounds' plans so he is framed with the murder and now is chased by Trackers. Eric has to team with a rebel group known as Union for Human Rights. Together with journalist Connie Griffith (Stacie Foster ) he stands against the corporation.
