Article 99 (1992)

Article 99 is a 1992 drama directed by Howard Deutch and starring Ray Liotta, Kiefer Sutherland, and Forest Whitaker as doctors who struggle to provide adequate care to patients in a veterans' hospital despite constant cutbacks. The cast includes Lea Thompson, Keith David and Leo Burmester.
