One of Harley Quin's attacks involves firing a Mateba Autorevolver.
Unknown Pistol
A Joker thug in the Lex Luthor Character Trailer is seen with an unknown pistol.
Unknown Revolver
A screenshot teasing Joker's spot on the roster shows him with an unknown revolver. Judging by recent gameplay videos it has a full length barrel lug.
Shotguns
=Cobray Street Sweeper
A robot guard in the Stryker's Island carries a somewhat oversized Cobray Street Sweeper which can be used by certain characters such as Joker.
Sub Machine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Deathstroke's "special" move has him firing two MP5Ks.
Uzi
Harley Quin was seen with a IMI Uzi with an underbarrel flashlight, a railed carrying handle, and "Ha Ha" spray painted all over it in the reveal trailer.
Rifles
Custom AR-15
True to the comics Deathstroke has a Custom AR-15 with a 20 round magazine, a scope, a custom stock, and a M203 built into the handguard.
Colt M4A1
A Joker thug in the Lex Luthor Character Trailer and Gotham SWAT in the Harley Quinn Character Trailer are seen with oversized Colt M4A1s.
Fictional Rifles
Regime soldiers in various trailers and gameplay videos have fictional rifles that seem to have 7.62 and 9x19mm magazines. A recent video shows what looks like an underbarrel grenade launcher.
Machine Guns
Browning M2
A mounted Browning M2 is seen in Wonder Woman's spot in the "Versus" trailer.
Fictional Mounted Machine Gun
Rather than simply being part of the scenery for the "Fortress of Solitude" stage an APC occasionally fire its mounted Machine Gun at the fighters in range.
GAU-17/A
One of Green Lantern's attack has the ring forming a GAU-17/A.
M230 Chain Gun
A Helicopter in the Lex Luthor Character Trailer mounts a M230 Chain Gun.
Launchers
M203
As mentioned above Deathstroke has an M203 on his AR-15 that acts as both a launcher and as part of the handguard.
RPG-7
The museum in the Fortress of Solitude has a usable RPG-7.
Explosives
M20 "Super Bazooka"
The Joker's finisher has him firing a M20 "Super Bazooka" point blank into his opponent.
"Pie Bomb"
One of Harley Quinn's attacks has her planting a "Pie Bomb" between her opponent's legs as seen in the Comicon Trailer.
