I'm in the last stages for my X-Files pages (finished up S9 page with caps and all), all that's left is the last round of cross-listings for the gun pages and I was going to add Infobox templates for the individual season pages (possibly also the film pages, though I'm leaving the main page alone). As such, I was starting to go about setting up the Infobox templates as well as add filming/production categories on the pages - But before doing so, in terms of of both Categorizing and listing on the Infobox templates for the season pages, should it only be listed as Canadian Produced/Filmed for the first five seasons and combine USA/Canada for the rest (I believe Chris Carter's company 1013 Productions is Canadian, not certain though) and/or should USA be noted for all the pages (Per the FOX network, etc)? I'm asking a couple folks this, would like a good idea of how to proceed as I'm not sure in this case, with the not exact merging of US and Canadian stuff here. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. StanTheMan (talk) 17:39, 13 February 2015 (EST)

: I just checked that (Was looking up proper cast lists and production/distribution companies for infoboxes to put on the film pages), and indeed both are US companies. With that, I might not list Canada in the infoboxes, but will probably categorize the appropriate pages as Canadian Produced/Filmed though. I know X-Files was one of the more noted shows filmed in BC, and a lot of stuff pertains to it.. I'll look into a bit more and consult with MT2008 if I can (he's well-read on the show, especially the Vancouver portion), so I guess we'll see. Thanks for the input. Resistance

I think that one (IIRC the one that actually had a page was Resistance 2) was largely deleted for being terrible, I think resistance is doable since it's pretty well-known the carbine was redesigned by an M14 fan on the dev team because he hated the original (which looked like a rectangle with a barrel and scope) and there's real M14s in the logo. I'm a little concerned with how awful the screencaps he's uploading are, though. Evil Tim (talk) 20:27, 9 January 2015 (EST)

Yeah, here's the original carbine: http://resistance.wikia.com/wiki/File:Preproduction_Hybrid.jpg which also featured the old Hybrid head which was redone because the same dev thought it looked like a duck in this shot.
This is the redesign: http://resistance.wikia.com/wiki/File:928399_20061019_screen007.jpg which is basically a Mk 14 with a different stock. Pretty damn silly for the era, but it's not like it isn't clear what it is. Evil Tim (talk) 20:34, 9 January 2015 (EST)
Eh, fact that it didn't have a single screenshot probably didn't help matters, plus it listed a whole bunch of the sci-fi weapons for no reason. Evil Tim (talk) 21:31, 9 January 2015 (EST)

Resistance 2

Yes but Resistance 2 has four real guns heavily customized. But if the page is gonna be deleted when it's ready tell to stop creating the article. (talk),

Son of a Gun

I was feeling nice so I figured I'd leave it up a day or so to see if he did anything with it. Needlessly nice, perhaps. Evil Tim (talk) 08:47, 10 January 2015 (EST)

Yamakasi

OK, I'll do this, but a little later: now I must doing my institute homework. Pyramid Silent (talk) 13:48, 12 January 2015 (EST)

Hitler rise of evil

Yeh! :) I always create an article first so it's saved into the database before adding more info to it. More stuff will be added. I haven't got all the screencaps taken and uploaded yet but dont worry! :) Dudester32 (talk) 12:32, 4 February 2015 (EST)
