It looks like an NAA Mini revolver. Gay Perry called his a "faggot gun", but not because he's gay but because it only holds 5 shots and has no stopping power. He kills a guy by firing it through his pants, evidently because he stores it in his crotch.

  • But the quote in the movie about the faggot gun says it's a derringer. Could be wrong though.
Derringer is pretty much the term used to describe any tiny little revolver or tip open. Even the company calls them NAA Mini revolver derringers.
