Hell or High Water is a 2016 contemporary western crime film starring Chris Pine and Ben Foster as brothers who turn to robbing banks when their farm is threatened with foreclosure. Jeff Bridges stars as the Texas Ranger determined to bring them to justice. The film was directed by David Mackenzie from a screenplay written by Taylor Sheridan (the writer of Sicario) and Peter Berg served as an executive producer. The film received 4 Academy Award nominations, including Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor for Bridges.
The following weapons were used in the film Hell or High Water:
What appears to be a Beretta 84FS is the pistol pulled by a bank customer during a robbery. An "Old Man" (Buck Taylor) is seen firing a chrome plated model when Tanner and Toby Howard rob a Texas Midlands Bank.
Tanner Howard (Ben Foster) uses a Colt Model 933 loaded with two mags taped together "jungle style". The carbine also features a Sightmark Sure Shot reflex sight, railed handguards and a foregrip.
Alberto Parker (Gill Birmingham) is seen with a custom, possibly Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine during the shootout with Tanner Howard (Ben Foster). The weapon is seen with a 16 inch barrel, an ERGO F93 PRO 8 position stock, ERGO Ultra Lite S handguard, ACOG sight, and a railed gas block. Texas State Troopers are also seen with Law Enforcement Carbines during the shootout.
