RIP (Max Martini), a corrupt Force Recon commando, carries a Beretta Px4 Storm as his main sidearm in Season 3's premiere "Liberty" (S3E01). In "Mors Praematura" (S3E06), several members of Vigilance use Px4 Storm pistols in an ambush on a CIA black ops transport truck.
In "Lady Killer" (S3E03), Samantha Shaw (Sarah Shahi) pulls out a Beretta Nano fitted with a small laser sight to compare with the Glock 26 used by Carter. Carter explicitly refers to the pistol as a "Nano" in the episode.
A cartel gunman uses a Glock 17 in "Liberty" (S3E01). Maksim (Roman Roytberg) uses a Glock 17 in the same episode. Root (Amy Acker) uses one near the end of "Lady Killer" (S3E03), taken from the holster of a downed psychiatric hospital guard. Hersh (Boris McGiver) uses one as his main sidearm in the season. Detective Raymond Terney (Al Sapienza) draws his Glock 17 in "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07). In "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07), one of the HR hitmen uses a full-auto Glock 17 that's been converted to a carbine using a FAB Defense KPOS Glock to Carbine PDW Conversion Kit. This weapon also is fitted with a suppressor and an aiming sight.
The Glock 19 is the sidearm carried by NYPD Officer Joss Carter (Taraji P. Henson) and Detective Lionel Fusco (Kevin Chapman). It's also used as the main sidearm for most NYPD officers. It's used by Peter Collier (Leslie Odom, Jr.) and a CIA agent has one apparently holstered in "Mors Praematura" (S3E06).
Samantha Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continues to carry a Heckler & Koch USP Compact fitted with a LAM module as her main sidearm from the second season. The pistol is first seen in "Liberty" (S3E01). Root (Amy Acker) dual-wields it along with the SW 380 in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10).
Samantha Shaw takes an IWI Jericho 941 after losing her HK USP Compact when she was taken captive by armed kidnappers in "Razgovor" (S3E05). Hayden Price pulls out a Jericho while confronting a man posing as an NYPD detective in "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07).
In "Nothing to Hide" (S3E02), what appears to be a Ruger SR9C is used by Peter Collier (Leslie Odom, Jr.). Another Ruger SR9C with a black nitride finish is placed on a yacht's glass table by Reese near the end of "Reasonable Doubt" (S3E04). Collier later uses the pistol in "Mors Praematura" (S3E06).
The Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is seen used by cartel gunmen in Season 3's premiere "Liberty" (S3E01). A few corrupt Force Recon commandos are armed with MP5K-PDWs with the stock removed in the same episode. HR NYPD officers uses MP5Ks without stocks attached in "Razgovor" (S3E05).
A Vigilance member disguised as a homeless man opens fire with a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 near the end of "Mors Praematura" (S3E06). One of the HR hitmen uses a suppressed Heckler & Koch MP7A1 in "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07).

The AKMS are used by Yogorov mobsters in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10) in an attempt to assassinate Alonzo Quinn after being placed in US Marshall's custody.
The Colt Law Enforcement Carbine is the main weapon used by the NYPD's Emergency Service Unit throughout this season. The rifles are also carried by members of the Rapid Response Team of the US Marshals Service in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10).
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with a Surefire weaponlight is held by Lead Deputy Marshal Pollack (Richard Brooks) in "The Devil's Share" (S3E10). Reese also holds the shotgun in the episode.
One of the guards at the CIA black site is armed with a Remington 870 shotgun with black synthetic furniture in "Mors Praematura" (S3E06). A money launderer known as "The Swede" aka Sven Vanger (Carsten Norgaard) pulls his pistol-gripped Remington 870 in "The Perfect Mark" (S3E07).
A corrupt US Marine Force Recon commando uses a Kel-Tec RFB Carbine with a Trijicon AccuPoint 5-20x50 riflescope and a Harris LM-S bipod as a short-distance sniper rifle in "Liberty" (S3E01) before Shaw disarms him of the rifle and uses it to take down armed Russian mobsters. She uses the rifle in other episodes.
In "Endgame" (S3E08), Shaw gives Carter the Def Tech 1315 launcher previously used by Reese (Carter also used it in Season 2) along with a bag of weapons. Carter then fires a gas round into the cab of a truck to smoke out the Russian drivers. Shaw refers to the launcher as a "37 mil".
