There Was Once a Cop (Il était une fois un flic...) is a 1971 French crime comedy directed by Georges Lautner. Commissioner Campana (Michel Constantin) comes from Paris to Nice to fought against dangerous drug syndicate. He wants to impersonate as Louise Lopez, brother of the murdered drug dealer. Because Lopez, living in Tunisia, none of gangsters never seen. Campana has a chance of success, however, needs a woman and a child, and so his commissaire Lucas (Michael Lonsdale) for this purpose to "assign" police aide Christine (Mireille Darc) and her son Bertrand (Hervé Hillien). In the episodic role in this film appears also Alain Delon. The reason was that at the time when the main female protagonist was his girlfriend Mireille Darc, he moviemaking the was occasionally present.

Karabiner 98k/Tromblon VB Smoke Grenade Launcher

A policeman holds a smoke grenade launcher in one scene. It appears to be the weapon, released specifically for the National Police on base of Karabiner 98k rifle (another version of such weapon was based on M1917 Enfield), shortened at the level of the first sling swivel, fitted with Tromblon VB launcher and using .30-06 propellant cartridge for firing 57mm "cricket" smoke grenades. The conversion was made by MECA de Méaux company.
