Weisse Wölfe (1969)

Weisse Wölfe (English: White Wolves) is a East German (DEFA film studio)-Yugoslavian (Bosna Film film studio) western film of 1969. The story is a loose continuation of the previous film starring Gojko Mitic as Farsighted Falcon called Trail of the Falcon. Like the previous films, Farsighted Falcon is the Chief of Dakota Indians who do not give up and still lives with a residual handful of countrymen in the wild and refused to go to strength despite the savage winter. His personal tragedy has happened when his beloved "squaw" killed bullet from gun bandit Bashan (Rolf Hoppe), who took over the band after the death of former boss Bludgeon (Hannjo Hasse). Sheriff of Tangelwoodu has becomes a young prospector Pat Petterson (Holger Mahlich). In the in the previous movie was shot was shot and saved in caring of Catherine Emerson (Barbara Brylska). After prolonged detachment Mr. Emerson and his daughter Catherine has returning to Tangelwoodu. Mr. Emerson comes as new judge in Tangelwood and his daughter as a bride sheriff. Meanwhile Farsighted Falcon pursues to Bashan in Tanglewood, where he befriends with Patterson, who wants to help him. Together, they prevent a raid on a shipment of money belonging to Blake. Patterson tries to prove to the incensed citizens of Tanglewood that Bashan is behind the robberies, but the city had surrendered itself to the mining company long ago. Boss Harrington now gives the orders. He revokes the sheriff's badge and incites the whites to lynch the Indians. Although Farsighted Falcon manages to kill Blue Hair's murderer, he falls victim to the the whites' powerlust.
