Vladimir Anatolyevich Fyodorov (February 19, 1939 - May 18, 2021) was a Soviet and Russian actor. He had a small stature - 130 cm (4 ft 3 inch) and often appeared in roles of fantasy and sc-fi characters, best known as sorcerer Chernomor in Ruslan and Lyudmila (1972) and dictator Turanchoks in Cherez ternii k zvyozdam (1981).
