Tour of Duty (1987-1990)

Tour of Duty was an American military series that followed a platoon of US soldiers through their tour of duty in the Vietnam War. The series aired on CBS from 1987-1990 and was one of very first to portray the Vietnam War in a weekly drama. While the first two seasons followed the platoon in a regular Army unit where they carried standard American weapons, the third season had them join the Special Operations Group, where they went on missions carrying more non-descript weaponry.

The following weapons were used in the television series Tour Of Duty:

Handguns

M1911A1

The M1911A1 is seen used by Lt. Myron Goldman (Stephen Caffrey) and Lt. John McKay (Dan Gauthier).
