Torture Ship was filmed in 1939 about a well-intentioned doctor who takes a group of convicts, ranging from small time criminals to psychopathic killers, out to sea so he can privately conduct experiments to prove his theory that criminal behavior is caused by a gland disorder.

The quality of the screenshots for this film are due to the poor quality transfer of the master to video.
