The Stuff (1985)

Walther P38

When confronting the villainous Mr. Fletcher (Patrick O'Neal) and another businessman at the end of the film, David "Mo" Rutherford (Michael Moriarty) pulls a Walther P38 on them.

In a bit of poetic justice, Fletcher and the other businessman are made to eat their own product at gunpoint.

Thompson Submachine Gun

The militia headed by the slightly unbent Colonel Spears (Paul Sorvino) all carry Thompson Submachine Guns. They have the classic foregrip but with standard magazines and are all stockless.

M16

A few of the militia wield M16's as well. As well, inside Spears' house there are a pair of "crisscrossed" mounted M16's on display, as one would display swords.

The original M16, the first version, firing in a 20-round magazine, adopted in large numbers by the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam. This has the original 3-prong flash hider. It would later be replaced by the upgraded M16A1 - 5.56x45mm

Various Revolvers

Two different revolvers are seen used, first by a "Stuffie" police officer who pulls the main characters over on the highway, impeding their escape, and then by the gate guard at the Stuff factory when the militia attack it.
