The Loch Ness Horror (1981)

The Loch Ness Horror is a 1981 horror movie directed by Larry Buchanan, who had a reputation for helming poorly-made films and even proclaiming himself the "schlockmeister". The film was made on an infamously low budget and on location at Lake Tahoe, California, whose surrounding countryside passes poorly for Scotland.

The following weapons were used in the film The Loch Ness Horror:

Colt Python

Professor Pratt (Stuart Lancaster) carries a Colt Python as his personal weapon. He pulls it on the British soldiers at the roadblock when he notices their safeties are on, but when Nessie attacks, the revolver for some reason won't fire.

M16

The British soldiers in the roadblock are armed with M16s. Despite Pratt noting their safeties are on, both soldiers open fire on Nessie without any problems. Their bullets fail to harm the dinosaur, though.
