The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the members of Team Zissou including Steve Zissou (Bill Murray), Ned Plimpton (Owen Wilson) and Klaus Daimler (Willem Dafoe).
Beretta 92FS
A couple of the Filipino pirates that raid the Belafonte carry Beretta 92FS pistols. Steve Zissou (Bill Murray) takes one from a pirate and uses it during a shootout before he runs out of ammunition and throws it into the sea.

A majority of the Filipino pirates carry Beretta M12 submachine guns.
Franchi PA8
A few of the pirates carry Franchi PA8 shotguns.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
One of the pirates is seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 10.

Another one of the pirates is seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 19.
PM-84 Glauberyt
What appears to be a PM-84 Glauberyt is used by one of the hijackers.
