The Legend of Tarzan is a 2016 upcoming adventure movie directed by David Yates (the director of four Harry Potter films) and stars Alexander Skarsgård as the titular character. This is the 46th adaptation of the novel of Edgar Rice Burroughs, since 1918. The movie takes place years after the events of the novel. Tarzan now lives in England with his wife Jane Porter (Margot Robbie) as John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke. However, he returned to the Congo, where he is invited as a trade emissary of Parliament. There he is a pawn in the conspiracy of the corrupt Belgian Captain Léon Rom (Christoph Waltz).

Unknown Mauser rifle
One henchman of Captain Rom's (Christoph Waltz) squad is seen with an unknown Mauser rifle. It looks similar to the Belgian 1889 Mauser but it has a different stock.
Unknown rifle
An unknown rifle is briefly seen in the trailer. The shape of the magazine is different as the Mauser variant.
