Revolvers

Nambu Model 60

Nambu Model 60s are used by police officers throughout the series as their main sidearm. Nine aka Arata Kokonoe takes one from an unconcious police officer to take down Five's sedan near the end of "Helen Skelter".

What appears to be a Glock 17 is used by Nine and FBI Special Agent Clarence at Haneda Airport in "Deuce".

Heckler & Koch USP

Special Investigation Team operators appear to be armed with Heckler & Koch USPs as their main sidearm in the show.

SIG-Sauer P229

Five uses the SIG-Sauer P229 as her main weapon in "Helen Skelter". Clarence appears to use this, changing it from the Glock 17. The P229 is also used by the FBI as an issued sidearm.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Kidotai (Anti-riot) officers dispatched at the nuclear fuel reprocessing facility in Aomori Prefecture, Japan, are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s as their primary weapon in "Falling". SIT operators use MP5A3s as their main submachine gun, first seen in "Search & Destroy". FBI agents engaged in a black bag operation in Japan use it as their main weapon after ambushing a [=TMPD=] prisoner convoy in the middle of "Helen Skelter".

Grenades

M61 Grenade

Twelve aka Tōji Hisami uses a M61 grenade at the start of "Falling" when he hurls it from a hijacked Isuzu Giga anti-riot transport truck in order to breach the security gates of a nuclear fuel reprocessing facility in Aomori Prefecture, Japan.

M67 Grenade

Twelve uses a M67 grenade to help Nine escape Five's assault on the TMPD prison convoy by using it to make her crash the sedan she uses on the Shuto Expressway in the middle of "Helen Skelter".
