Upgrading

Is it really possible to upgrade a Glock 34 to a Glock 35 with the additional parts shown in the game?

Yes. You begin the game with the Glock 34 as your standard-issue weapon, which fires 9mm Parabellum rounds. Equipping the item "Handgun Slides" will convert it into the Glock 35, which is able to fire the more powerful 40 S&W caliber rounds. The "Handgun Slides" can be found inside a safe in the lounge in Facility 2F, which you can open with the combination '8159'. You can also find the "Handgun Sights" which increase the chance for critical hits, in the Library Room on B1. There are upgrade parts for the Shotgun and Grenade Launcher as well, which convert them into different weapons, as explained in this article.

I think he was asking about whether or not it's possible in reality, not in-game. Pyr0m4n14c (talk) 22:51, 8 July 2021 (EDT)
I see, you're right, makes sense. I'm no expert, but from what I've read, it is possible to convert from .40 S&W to 9mm, but it is not recommended the other way round, as shown in the game. From a .40 S&W to a 9mm usually all you need is a new barrel, but the other way you might as well by a new .40 S&W Glock 35, since you need new springs, magazine, slide and barrel. Most don't recommend doing it. Perhaps this would be worth pointing out in the main article, about conversion from .40 S&W to 9mm being feasible, but not so much the other way round.--Ssantusky (talk) 10:07, 14 July 2021 (EDT)
