Sheriff's star (Zvezda sherifa; Russian: Звезда шерифа) is a 1992 Ukrainian detective (at Unkrainian language it also known as Зiрка шерифа; Zirka Sheryfa). Based on the novel of Sidney Sheldon's "The Naked Face". Random collision doctor-psychoanalyst Judd Stevens with mafiosi Anthony DeMarco - the core of the plot of the film. DeMarco's wife, Anne Blake, goes to the clinic Stevens, but he can not understand the vague hints of what her problem. A four murders terrified the city for their brutality and lack of obvious motive, can be associated with anything...

One man of DeMarco, sent to kill Judd, has Colt M1911A1. In the final battle in the incinerator, Judd Stevens (Sergei Martynov) kills one of the bandits and take his Colt.
