One of the standard issue fire arms for the NYPD in real life, Detectives Perez (John Leguizamo), Riley (Donnie Wahlberg), "Turk" (Robert De Niro) and "Rooster" (Al Pacino) carry the 2nd generation Glock 19 as their standard sidearms.

Glock 26

One of the weapons approved for off-duty carry by the NYPD in real life, Detective Karen Corelli (Carla Gugino) can be seen carrying a subcompact Glock 26 near the end of the film, which she gives to Turk. Turk is seen using it in the ending scene at spiders club, when he holds it on Spider (50 Cent) before the other detectives run in.

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW

In the opening scene, "Turk" and "Rooster" fire Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs when they practice their marksmanship on the range.

Colt M1911A1

SPOILER!!!!!! Rooster uses a .45 Colt M1911A1 to shoot Rambo. He also uses a stainless steel one to kill a rapist who was acquitted on a technicality. Both of the M1911A1s used by Rooster had suppressors attached to the guns to silence them.
