The Baby Nambu pistol from Letters from Iwo Jima - this was Takumi Bando's gun used on-set (and was carried and fired by him).

The Nambu Type A Model 1902 Pistol was the precursor to the Nambu Type 14 Pistol. This pistol has two variants, the Type A Model 1902, which came to be known as the "Grandpa Nambu", and Type A Model 1902 modified, which is also known as the "Papa Nambu" and the "Baby Nambu".
