The following weapons were seen in Season 1 of the television series Monk:


Pistols

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is seen used by various characters in the series including police consultant Adrian Monk (Tony Shalhoub), Captain Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine), and Lt. Randy Disher (Jason Gray-Stanford). The Beretta is Randy's sidearm throughout the first half of the series, before he swaps to using a Glock 17 sometime prior to the seventh season.

In the pilot episode, "Mr. Monk and the Candidate" (S01E02), Monk grazes a suspect with a blind shot in the dark using a Beretta 92FS, borrowed from Disher.

In Part 2 of the pilot episode, "Mr. Monk and the Candidate" (S01E02), Monk grazes Ian Sykes with a blind shot in the dark using a Beretta 92FS, borrowed from Disher.


Kimar Lady K

In Season 1's "Mr. Monk Takes A Vacation" (S01E10), hotel security chief and cop wannabe Rita Bronwyn (Polly Draper) carries a Kimar Lady K, a blank firing replica of the Walther PPK as identified by its longer extractor and black trigger guard, trigger and hammer.

Rifles

Weatherby Fibermark

In the pilot episode, "Mr. Monk and the Candidate" (S01E01-02) hit man Ian Sykes (Shawn Reis) uses a bolt-action rifle identified later in the episode as a "Weatherby Fibermark" as his weapon of choice. It is incorrectly described as a British-made rifle, when in reality the Mark V line is American-made. Monk describes it as a hunting rifle that is popular with mercenaries and paramilitary groups for use as a sniper rifle.
