Miami Vice (1984 - 1989)

Miami Vice is the iconic 80's television crime drama that starred Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas as detectives in the Miami-Dade Police Department who work undercover to root out the criminal elements working throughout the city. The series broke new ground in television for its visual style as well as its innovative use of popular music in each episode and was well known for the casting of several future stars including Bruce Willis, Julia Roberts, Vincent D'Onofrio, Liam Neeson, and Wesley Snipes.
