The following guns are seen in Lost, will post more once I've seen the rest of the series
SIG Pro SP2009
Recovered from the unconscious US Marshal Edward Mars by Sawyer. Later passed to Kate, then the other survivors.
Double barrel shotgun
Held by Ray Mullen when he meets Kate in a flashback, and a sawn off version is later used, first carried by "Ceasar" and later stolen by Ben to kill ceasar.
AKM
AKM rifles were commonly seen in Lost in both flashbacks and on the island itself. The bunker Desmond was living in had a large collection of AKM rifles in the bunker's armory.
AKMS
Wielded by members of the Republican Guard during one of Sayid's flashbacks.
Remington Model 700
Seen first in season 1, this was one of Danielle's rifles.
Winchester Model 70
The other rifle taken from Danielle.
M1911A1
Seen in various models in the hands of numerous characters in flashbacks and flashforwards. Miles Straume carries one when he first arrives on the island.

Remington 870
Used by a bank robber during one of Kate's flashbacks.
Benjamin Linus arms himself with an 870 with a pistol grip and shortened barrel when Martin Keamy's mercenaries storm his camp.
Mosin-Nagant M91/30 rifle
Seen in the episode "Enter 77" as Mikhail's rifle.
Ruger Mini-14
Seen in the hands of "The Others" in one episode. Wielded by Sayid and Jin in other episodes. also seen in the episode Dead is Dead
Spear gun
used by desmond in underground station
M14
Seen in the heands of "The Others" in one episode.
SKS
Used by Sayid in raiding the Others camp in one episode. The SKS rifle Sayid used was a Chinese SKS (note the bayonet).
Used by Mikhail to shoot at Desmond as he sits in a boat.
Beretta 92FS
Used by Michael to shoot the Dharma shark in season 2.

Used by Charlie to shoot Ethan in season 1.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub
Sawyer buys one when he was in Australia for his revenge mission. In script, it is said that the revolver is a compact .357
Smith and Wesson 4506
Kate has one of these in her house. Her gun is actually a stainless steel Baby Eagle also called a Jericho 941 in 9mm,.40, or .45.
Sig Sauer P226
Used by Sayid when he gets Hurley from the Santa Rosa mental institution. In season one at least two of the guns in the U.S. Marshal's case are P226s.
M1 Garand
Seen in the later episodes when used by the Others on the island. Sawyer also uses one.
FN FAL
Carried by Sawyer until thrown from helicopter as he bails out.
M1 Carbine
Juliette fires one at attackers in a boat.
MP5
Used by US soldiers in Sayid's flashback. Also used by Martin Keamy and the mercenaries, notably to shoot skeet on boat.
M4 Carbine
Used by Martin Keamy and the mercenaries who attack the island.
Glock 17
A second generation two tone glock, looks like a 17, is used by Sun. A Glock logo can clearly be seen on the side of the gun.
Webley Revolver
Locke took one from ditch of dead Dharma Initative members.
SIG-Sauer P228
Ben uses a SIG-Sauer P228 when he goes to kill Penny. Desmond knocks it out of his hands before he can do it though.
Walther P38
Ben uses a Walther P38 in a flashback when he steals Danielle's baby.
