Leon (The Professional) (1994)

The following guns were used in the movie Léon (The Professional)

Beretta 92

Léon's (Jean Reno) signature pistols are Beretta 92F models with compensators and suppressors. A compensator reduces rising of the barrel during rapid fire by redirecting propellant gases. We briefly see Mathilda (Natalie Portman) assembling Léon's (Jean Reno) Berettas although we never see her take a shot.

Mini Uzi

The Fatman (Frank Senger) packs a pair of Mini Uzis which he empties quite ineffectively. One of his bodyguards is also armed with a Mini Uzi.

Heavily customized AR-15 (Mathilda's Rifle)

Mathilda (Natalie Portman) uses a paintball firing air rifle in her practice hit on the jogging politician in the park. The prop itself is a heavily modified AR-15 and it's very unlikely it actually fired the paintball. (The bore diameter alone is too small for any usable paintball (especially for the 'splat' seen on film), and no paint ball rifle, no matter how large, can hit a target that far away, since such a long distance shot would require (a) the weight of a real bullet (b) barrel rifling that would destroy most paint ball outer covers and (c) the velocity only a live round can deliver.)

NOTE: Simunitions could have been used for the shot. It's basically a cartridge with a paint bullet.

It's a Bushmaster V-Match with standard weight barrel, shaved gas block and free floating handguard tube and a Bell & Carlson AR15 Thumbhole stock. It has blued Bushmaster 20 round magazines (the kind available in the early 1990s), a Harris Bipod and a dummy short 'suppressor' for the end of the threaded barrel.
