Rifles Lee-Enfield No. 1 Mk. III* Most of the Australian soldiers carry the Lee-Enfield No. 1 Mk III* rifle, including Jack Scholt (Jack Finsterer ), his brother Max Scholt (Simon Stone ), Darko (Travis McMahon ), Johnno (Tom Budge ), Sam (Steve Le Marquand ), Dan (Angus Sampson ), Wilstead (Ewen Leslie ) and the Lieutenant (Ben Barrack ). Several other Australian soldiers also carry SMLE rifles at their base and during the final battle.
