IZh-56-3 "Belka" with PVS-1 sniper scope - .22LR/28 Gauge. Previous versions of IZh-56 had a rifle barrel located below the shotgun barrel while IZh-56-3 had the rifle barrel on top.

Izhmekh IZh-56 "Belka" ("Squirrel") is a Soviet combination over and under rifle/shotgun. It appeared in 1956 and was manufactured in three versions: early IZh-56-1 and IZh-56-2 had a rifle barrel located below the shotgun barrel while later version IZh-56-3 had the rifle barrel on top. Total output was about 109,000 guns, including 77,000 IZh-56-3.
