In "Mac and Charlie Die, Pt. 1" (4.05), Mac (Rob McElhenney) and Charlie (Charlie Day) buy a nickel model from a pawn shop after seeing a blued Jetfire in the glass case. Mac fires all six shots at Dee's car in an attempt to blow it up, but they merely put holes in the car.

In "Frank's Brother" (7.05), Frank's older brother, Gino (Jon Polito), carries an engraved 1911A1 when he is a 1970s drug dealer. Frank wrestles it away from him.
