GM-94 - 43x30mm

The GM-94 (Granatomet Magazinnyy - "magazine-fed grenade launcher") is a Russian pump-action grenade launcher, chambered for the proprietary 43x30mm cartridge. It was designed by KBP in 1993 and based on the RMB-93 shotgun. In about 1998, the GM-94 was adopted by Russian law enforcement services in a version for using less-lethal (tear gas and kinetic impact) projectiles. A military version of the GM-94 was adopted by the Russian military in 2007 as the LPO-97 (Legkiy Pekhotnyy Ognemet - "light infantry flamethrower"); it uses thermobaric munitions.
