FHJ-84 without rockets - 62mm

The FHJ-84 (Chinese: 84式62毫米单兵防化火箭; pinyin: 08 Shì 62 háomǐ dānbīng fánghuà huǒjiàn; literally: "Type 84 Individual 62 millimeter anti-chemical rocket) is a Chinese twin-barreled incendiary rocket launcher, developed from the older single-barrel Type 70 rocket launcher. It primarily uses smoke / incendiary rockets (these appear to be dual-purpose, with a white phosphorous filler), and like the M202 FLASH was developed as a replacement for obsolete and dangerous infantry flamethrowers. It uses the same encased rockets as the Type 70: unlike the FLASH these are loaded individually, and the system can fire with only one barrel loaded if the user desires.

It should not be confused with the Russian DP-64 anti-diver weapon, a somewhat visually similar but unrelated twin-barrel infantry depth charge launcher.
