Detroit 9000 Alex Rocco and Hari Rhodes star as two Detroit Police detectives who team up to investigate the theft of $400,000 from a political fundraiser. The film is notable for being a favorite of director Quentin Tarantino , who later re-released the film in 1998 under his Rolling Thunder distribution company.
