Dames Don't Care! (Les femmes s'en balancent) is a 1954 French thriller directed by Bernard Borderie by novel of Peter Cheyney Dames Don't Care! from 1937 about FBI agent Lemmy Caution. He is called into Italy to investigate the origin of counterfeit notes owned by some Henrietta Aymes, whose husband Granworth committed suicide a few months earlier. His investigation leads firstly to the "Casa Antica", a nightclub led by Fernandez and Perera, shady characters, former partners of Aymes and secondly he meets with Paulette Burdell, the blonde vamp and Granworth Aymes ladylove. Agent Caution soon find that suicide was a sham and Aymes hiding among the members of a mafia gang. Caution's task is not only to liquidate a gang, but also resist temptations of beautiful lady Aymes. Starring Eddie Constantine, Nadia Gray and Dominique Wilms.
